I saw no mention of region restrictions on the giveaway page. Unfortunately, Steam shows me a message saying "Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed."

I saw no mention of region restrictions on the giveaway page. Unfortunately, Steam shows me a message saying "Sorry, but this product is not available for purchase in this country. Your product key has not been redeemed."

The retailer has promoted the key as Global, but seems like some regions are indeed not included. Please open a ticket and provide the following so the replacement can be issued

Please provide the following screenshots:

  • The Steam Product Activation window with the key (you won from giveaway) entered and fully visible.
  • The exact error message you see when trying to redeem the key (full window, clearly readable).
