Don't have the base game :(

It won't let me enter the raffle :(

I have base game in my Library but cannot to enter, how?
Maybe it's bug or something error?

I had check there:
https://steamdb.info/app/1015350/subs/
It told 'Owned' in green and sub is correct.

And error message here:
"This is a DLC giveaway. You must own the base game (AppID: 1015350) to enter."

Exactly

This has been fixed, please resync library and you should be able to enter.

The issue was games marked with Limited Profile Features weren't included by default from Steam API.
