A filter or a option to hide the games I don't like, so that no giveaway of that certain game comes Infront of me in future would be good.

Please keep them off by default for new users. This site would be easier to recommend to family and friends.
Hiding specific items would be highly appreciated, since it would let us clean out all these already owned giveaways that keep showing up on our lists (and can't be seen by the site in sync)
The hide adult games option has been added and by default disabled to the guests.
However, it will take a while until system flags most of those games.
